By downloading or using Sprig, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Sprig is a free, personal finance tracking application for iOS.

Your data

All data you enter into Sprig — expenses, income, categories — belongs to you. It is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it. We recommend periodically exporting your data as a backup, as we cannot recover data lost due to device failure or app deletion.

Acceptable use

Sprig is intended for personal finance tracking. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

Not financial advice

Sprig is a tracking tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your finances.

Sprig is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sprig, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
